Likørhaven

Likørhaven is a small, passionate microdistillery that, since 2014, has been creating flavorful and honest products with a focus on quality, sustainability, and the use of Danish ingredients. Behind every product lies a desire to craft authentic drinking experiences, where great craftsmanship and good moments go hand in hand.

Production began with schnapps and liqueur, and in 2019, mead became a natural addition to the range. Inspired by old Nordic traditions, the mead is made by fermenting honey—often combined with fruits or berries—and reflects Likørhaven’s curiosity and drive to explore new flavor combinations. Today, mead is a staple in the range and demonstrates the distillery’s ability to evolve and reimagine classic beverages.

Likørhaven works closely with local producers and suppliers to ensure the highest quality raw materials. The ambition is that all ingredients—from honey to berries—should be Danish whenever possible. This not only provides authentic taste but also strengthens the local economy and supports a sustainable approach to production.
