Nordisk Brænderi

Nordisk Brænderi is a Danish microdistillery founded by adventurer Anders Bilgram. Located in Hødalen near Hjortdal – surrounded by glacial valleys, streams, and close to the wild West Coast – they draw inspiration from the natural beauty of the Nordic landscape. Their handcrafted premium spirits embody this rugged and stunning nature.

Since its establishment in 2009, Nordisk Brænderi has gained recognition for its products. Their Christmas snaps was named the best in 2011, and in 2015 their Nordisk Gin, Edition Northstar, won a double gold medal at “The Fifty Best Gins” in the United States. In 2018, they were awarded “Denmark Distillery of the Year” in Berlin.

Nordisk Brænderi also offers private label productions and has collaborated with several brands that have won international awards. Their commitment to quality and innovation has made them a significant player in both the Danish and international spirits scene.
