Their debut gin was launched at the opening of the distillery and has quickly gained a dedicated following, including Gastromand and Gintossen. The gin is 100% organic and made with wheat-based alcohol. It is filled with juniper berries, cardamom, lemon peel, and coriander seeds, creating a sharp and distinct flavor profile.
