Sønderborg Distillery is located in the heart of Sønderborg. Fueled by a passion for gin, it was founded in February 2018 as the first distillery south of Kolding. The idea had been brewing for years, inspired by visits to distilleries abroad and a shared dream among colleagues to create something of their own. With a strong focus on craftsmanship and quality, there was no doubt that the distillery should be based in their hometown.

As one of Denmark’s smallest distilleries, every step of production is done with precision and care. They operate with 100% organic production, selecting only the finest ingredients from sustainable suppliers. Each bottle is crafted by hand—from crushing the juniper berries to double-distilling for a smoother taste—ensuring that every drop reflects their commitment to quality.
