Danish Whisky MegaBlend 2026 is a unique joint release from leading Danish whisky distilleries—created to mark the signing of the Danish Whisky Manifesto. The result is a blended malt whisky that brings together the best of Danish whisky production in a single bottle, while also symbolizing the strong collaboration within the industry.

MegaBlend is a tangible expression of the values driving Danish whisky forward: craftsmanship, quality, transparency, and a shared ambition to place Denmark on the international whisky map.

A total of 10 Danish distilleries are behind Danish Whisky MegaBlend 2026. Nine of them have contributed unpeated single malt whisky—primarily matured in ex-bourbon casks—which has subsequently been brought together and finished in casks from Knaplund Distillery.

The result is a harmonious and complex whisky, where the character of each individual distillate interacts to create a unified expression greater than the sum of its parts. A whisky that reflects both the diversity and the quality of Danish whisky production.

Proceeds from the sales support the work of the Danish Whisky Manifesto and help promote awareness of Danish whisky both nationally and internationally.

The goal is to position Denmark as a destination for gastronomy and craftsmanship, increase exports, and attract more visitors to Danish distilleries.
